User Data Deletion

Last Updated: July 15, 2026

You can request deletion of the Meta-derived data Grid holds and of your Grid account. This page explains how to make that request and what happens after you do.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to ishwar.sundararaman@gmail.com from the email address registered with your Grid account, and include:

  1. Your company name as it appears in Grid
  2. The connected Facebook Page name
  3. A clear statement that you are requesting deletion of your Meta-derived data and Grid account

Please send the request from your registered email address so we can locate your account.

Verification

We may verify your identity and your authority over the account and the connected Facebook Page before processing a deletion request. This helps protect your data from unauthorized deletion requests.

What Happens After You Request Deletion

  • The access tokens associated with your Meta connection will be revoked.
  • Meta-derived data will be deleted from our active systems within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
  • We will email you a confirmation once the deletion has been completed.

Stopping Future Data Collection

You may disconnect Facebook inside Grid at any time to stop future collection of Meta-derived data. However, disconnecting on its own does not remove data already stored — you still need to submit a deletion request as described above to have your stored data removed.
