Terms of Service

Last Updated: October 9, 2026

Grid Network, a sole proprietorship of Ishwar Sundararaman in India, operates the Grid software-as-a-service ("SaaS") platform. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Grid. By creating an account or using Grid, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Service Description

Grid is a business management platform for interior businesses. Its features include:

  • CRM: managing leads, projects, quotations, invoices, teams, and vendors
  • Meta lead retrieval: importing lead form submissions from connected Facebook Pages into your pipeline
  • Meta quality feedback: where enabled, automatically reporting receipt and the first qualifying sales-stage progression of eligible Meta leads, without quotation values or documents
  • WhatsApp: connecting a business number through Meta, managing templates, sending approved templates to opted-in contacts, and receiving and sending human replies in the lead conversation. You are responsible for your contacts' consent, your message content and compliance with Meta's messaging policies. Number onboarding and message availability depend on Meta's permissions and eligibility requirements.

2. Accounts and Authorized Use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for the conduct of anyone you authorize to access your account and for ensuring their use complies with these Terms.

3. Authority to Connect Meta Business Assets

When you connect Meta (Facebook) business assets such as a Facebook Page or lead form, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to connect those assets and to authorize Grid to access the associated data on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary permissions and consents from the relevant asset owners.

Meta quality feedback is included by default after Facebook is connected and a company-specific dataset is set up, unless your company opts out. Under the displayed connection and setup notice, you instruct Grid to send the disclosed CRM events to your selected Meta dataset on your company's behalf. You are responsible for appropriate lead collection disclosures, a lawful basis and any required prospect permissions. After connecting, select “Opt out for all leads” in Settings → Meta Lead Ads to stop feedback for all current and future leads in your company; imports and your sales workflow continue. Recorded opt-outs survive reconnection. Feedback availability does not guarantee Meta campaign eligibility or improved advertising results.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or connected systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service except as permitted by law
  • Use the service to store or transmit content that infringes the rights of others
  • Use connected Meta data in any way that violates Meta's terms and policies

5. Intellectual Property

The Grid platform, including its software, design, and content provided by us, is owned by Grid Network and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the platform.

You retain ownership of the data and content you enter into or connect to the platform. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide and operate the service for you.

6. Third-Party Services

Grid relies on and integrates with third-party services, including Meta (Facebook) and Base44 (the platform on which Grid is built and hosted). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective third parties' terms and policies:

We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

7. Fees and Payment

Grid currently uses a freemium SaaS model. Payment is not presently required to use the Meta integration.

We may introduce paid plans in the future. If we do, the applicable pricing and terms will be shown to you before you purchase, and any paid plan will be subject to the terms presented at that time.

8. Availability and Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grid Network will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will be limited to a reasonable amount, and where you have paid fees for the service, will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the service and its users. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a revised "Last Updated" date, and where appropriate, notify you of significant changes. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service will be subject to the applicable courts in India.
